Natural Talent is looking for experienced Executive Outplacement and Career Transition Coaches to assist as Associates with future projects following organizational restructures.  These will involve working in partnership with leaders and HR teams to Manage Change and will include the delivery of Executive Career and Transition Coaching and Mentoring Programmes to provide support to individuals, who have been made redundant or are being redeployed.

    Natural Talent has built up a strong reputation over 17 years for delivering best practice in Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programmes, Career and Outplacement Coaching, Leadership Development and Management Training, Talent Assessment, Talent Management and Succession Planning.  We work with senior executives in most functions across most industry sectors in global brands,  local SMEs and public sector organizations.  As the majority of our work originates from referrals, we are looking for exceptional Consultants, who are seasoned Coaches and Interviewers with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

    • at least 5 years’ previous experience in a senior corporate or public sector role
    • at least 5 years’ experience of working as an Associate Consultant with large corporate and/or public sector clients
    • BPS Level A and B Qualifications and extensive experience of utilizing a range of world-class pyschometric tests
    • a recognized Coaching qualification for a minimum of 5 years
    • extensive experience of working with global leadership competency models
    • ability to use an outcome-focused Coaching style to provide the right level of empathy and assertiveness to be able to check and challenge candidates in these extraordinary and challenging times
    • confidence, credibility and professionalism to be able to operate at senior level
    • ability to maintain 100% confidentiality at all times 
    • experience of conducting effective remote interviews
    • ability to achieve swift candidate success; currently 97% of our exiting executives and managers have found a new role within 2 months: ‘Wonderfully supportive and inspiring!     Outplacement and Career Transition Support is provided completely confidentially via video conference for one or two hours and will include the following:

    • Assisting clients in leaving their current organization on good terms
    • Planning for their future, identifying what they really want to do, and creating a personal and career vision
    • Setting SMART goals to help clients diarise and implement actions regarding their job search
    • Identifying any limiting beliefs, obstacles to success, and key motivators
    • Assisting them in developing Resilience and keeping positive throughout their job search
    • Practising tools and techniques to cope with the uncertainty, pressure and stress of redundancy
    • Helping clients to overcome any feelings of Imposter Syndrome, deal with the Inner Critic and increase Executive Presence
    • Administering and feeding back the results of a range of online Assessments of their Leadership and Management Skills and Competencies 
    • Administering and feeding back the results of online Personality Questionnaires 
    • Assisting with creating world-class CVs and LinkedIn Profiles
    • Exploring whether clients want a permanent, interim, contract or Consultancy role, or to take early retirement
    • Signposting to relevant and reputable Head Hunters, Recruitment Agencies, Job Boards and Online Networking 
    • Signposting to relevant ongoing Professional Personal Development
    • Holding mock Competency/Situation/Values Based Interviews and delivering real-time constructive and positive feedback
    • Providing tips and techniques to succeed in Remote Interviews

    Assessment for the opportunities will involve preparation and delivery of a real-life online Outplacement Coaching Session, Personality Questionnaire and Behavioural and Values based Interviews.
