More Tips to Improve your Health and Well-being

How often do you casually greet a friend, colleague or acquaintance you may bump in to in the street or at the gym with a cursory 'Hi, how are you?'  Usually you'll get a fleeting response: 'Good thanks, and you? '  But how often do you genuinely want to know how they really are?  If you follow the question up with a concerning 'How are you really? ' chances are you may get an honest answer.  Try it; in these challenging times it's worth taking time to really listen to the response because a lot of people want and need to talk about their concerns and how they are coping with the impact of the current crisis.
