Working with our European and US clients over the past 3 weeks when we got the changing news on COVID-19, we've been starting to move more of our business online at Natural Talent. I’m mainly working from the ‘Home Office’ continuing to provide the following Consultancy Services via Video Conferencing:

Working in partnership with HR teams to help them support leaders, managers and team members, who may be affected by organizational restructures and changes and could be facing redeployment or redundancy, or who swiftly require Career Coaching to develop, upskill, and progress in their current or future role, as well as assisting individuals by providing the following:
- Planning for the future and setting short term goals
- Assessing Leadership and Management Skills and Competencies
- Personality Questionnaires and Psychometric Tests
- Exploring Options
In the increasingly uncertain and challenging scenarios, developing Resilience is a key skill, which can combat stress and anxiety, assist in silencing the inner critic, and help you cope better with change, uncertainty and pressure. During our Resilience Coaching sessions, you can discuss key issues in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space and learn and practice tools and techniques to develop key skills and coping mechanisms.
Our online Occupational and Psychometric Tests provide an objective and fair assessment of abilities and aptitude to find out more about your candidates strengths, development areas and blind sports. There is strong evidence that tests can provide information which is reliable in predicting job success. Personality Questionnaires give a comprehensive picture of how your applicants are likely to behave at work, how they relate to others, the way they solve problems and approach conflict. Leaders and Managers are able to benchmark themselves against global peers in just one online assessment.
For many years I have been involved in Executive Selection for multinational clients to recruit for global roles and mainly conduct these Competency Based Interviews online.
