At Natural Talent Bristol and South Wales our facilitated Senior Team Development sessions concentrate on identifying key individual and team development areas, often utilizing an online 360 Feedback Review and Talent Assessment Tools, as well as the highly effective Team Needs Questionnaire which provides feedback on the key behaviors needed by effective teams.

The Team Needs Questionnaire identifies the reality of how successful your senior team really is by asking all team members to score the normally observed behaviors; your scores are then benchmarked against the scores of high performing teams. Behaviors include: Confronting Issues, Driving for Results, Communication, Planning, Dealing with Strong Personalities, Decision Making, Meetings Management, Creating a Vision, Trusting each Other, Openness, Inspiring Others. Often the scores are much lower than anticipated, which provides a solid platform for development.

The results of the assessments are then collated and fed back to your senior team with a group discussion around what works well in the team and what can be improved on.  The outcomes from the Senior Team Development sessions are a more open and honest culture, a Team Contract or Charter, signed by all your team members to improve all interventions and working practices, an increased exchange of constructive feedback and an agreed SMART Action Plan for ongoing development and business success.
