Success Story – Executive Business Coaching, 360 Feedback and Leadership Talent Review for Leadership Development and Succession Planning in global organizations in Construction

Working with global organizations such as Bechtel, SNC Lavalin, Sweett Group, Taylor Wimpey in the UK and Europe: developing competencies through Executive Coaching to create high-performance leadership following 360 Feedback Reviews: delivering Management Training, and Talent Management and Succession Planning Programs.

Business Issue

Natural Talent was asked to obtain Face to Face 360 Feedback and provide Leadership Talent Reviews and Executive Business Coaching to C-suite executives in a number of global construction groups as part of their Succession Planning and Leadership Development initiatives.  

Solution

A robust objective Executive Assessment method was utilized as part of the Succession Planning initiative in order to identify internal candidates for the CEO position. Face to Face 360 Feedback was obtained and delivered to the C-suite. Executive Coaching Programs were provided to senior executives. Areas worked on included:

  • Change Management tools and techniques to be able to plan, lead, and manage significant Change
  • Flexing Communication and Leadership style with different stakeholders
