Business Issue

C-suite executives and senior managers across most functions were looking to improve their overall Leadership skills in order to better manage their senior teams, to create significant business growth, as well as assess and recruit internal and external candidates in to senior roles.  

Solution

Natural Talent conducted Competency and Behavioral based Interviews in Europe and the US, as well as assessing candidates utilizing Personality Questionnaires. Face to Face 360 Feedback Reviews were conducted to identify areas of improvement for the existing executive teams. Executive Business Coaching and Career Coaching were delivered over 10 months to develop key leadership skills and competencies, including:
