Julie spent almost 30 years in the Corporate Sales world of Procter & Gamble and Carl ZEISS. She has experienced many different business sectors from Vidal Sassoon salons to Pharmacy to Grocery and also B2B. Julie has worked with a multitude of brands including the likes of Iams & Eukanuba Pet Care, Max Factor cosmetics, Ariel, Pampers, Pantene, Flash and Fairy. She is a former Sale Director for Carl ZEISS managing a team of people growing the business with Independent Opticians.
Julie was also the designer and owner of the P&G Corporate Leadership course which she managed globally for more than 20 years. Her clients include Coca Cola, Mars Petfood, Pentland Brands, Diesel Jeans, Saffron Building Society, Premier Foods, Nestle, Philip Morris Int., Octopus Energy, Deliveroo UK & Australia, the NHS, Public Health Wales. Topics have ranged from Sales Training, Leadership, Assessment centres, business advice, communication skills and Influential management.
Victoria is a former RAF Officer responsible for logistics, and is currently working as an employment lawyer, leadership trainer, facilitator, and coach. Her years as an RAF Officer gave her practical experience of leading teams, often in challenging situations. She combines her unique blend of strategic, operational, commercial, people, and analytical legal skills with her authentic personal style to generate trust, energy, and collaboration when working with her clients.
Victoria has facilitated strategic team days designed to help local councils organise themselves to meet project objectives, as well as supporting large corporate organisations to develop teams and implement their strategies. Victoria's career has seen her work alongside senior management and leadership teams across all sectors including the military, universities, local authorities, banking, and other professional corporate organisations, not for profit companies, charities and third sector organisations. She is also delivers accredited training programmes for local Colleges.
Her vast experience of people and working in different environments is invaluable to her insights and she is often sought out for her commitment to building meaningful relationships, with a renowned reputation for stakeholder management. Described as authentic, Victoria’s focus and passion is on understanding what makes people tick in order to help them work together to achieve common goals and remove barriers to team performance in a way that is sustainable and healthy. She draws on insights from neuroscience to inform her work with clients, allowing them to explore how the brain processes information in different ways.
Claire started her career in Telesales in the early 90’s and soon joined Reed the Recruitment agency where she spent nearly 12 years in Sales, Recruitment and then Training working her way up and around the business, finally being promoted to the Training Manager for their large outsourced recruitment business. She then joined Capita Learning Services where she managed a team of 25+ trainers across Europe; designing and delivering bespoke learning solutions to both public and private sector clients, mainly responsible for the successful delivery of the Civil Service Government contract for soft skills training as well as Private Sector Organisations with individual bespoke needs.
Claire offers bespoke design and delivery of learning interventions and also specialist Consultancy in areas such as Talent Management, ED&I, Performance Management, Emotional Intelligence, NLP and Communication skills, Leadership and Management and Personal and Professional Development. Claire is an ILM and CMI Level 5 approved Trainer she also delivers Apprenticeships and Graduate Programmes. Lesley has extensive experience as a Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer and Executive Coach, working with a range of clients in the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Middle East, including Coca-Cola Hellenic, Nationwide Building Society, European Bank of Reconstruction, Thomas Cook Airlines, Oxford University Press and UKAS.
She believes in creating a structured and collaborative consulting environment, taking a practical approach to projects, while incorporating appropriate theories and models in support. Her focus is on embedding learning in the organization to create sustainable growth.
Lesley has the ability to connect with all levels of an organization and a passion for supporting and challenging others to reach their potential and develop organizational performance. Prior to moving into Consultancy Lesley was Head of Learning, Education and Development for Bovis Europe and previously worked for Thomson CSF and Thorn EMI Electronics.

Martyn brings immense creativity to Natural Talent in Bristol and South Wales, as an internationally respected BAFTA and EMMY Award winning Dubbing Mixer.
Martyn has an impressive track record of dubbing high-profile programs and more than 20 years extensive experience of delivering high-quality sound tracks at the BBC. He is an experienced and qualified Teacher, Trainer, Public Speaker, Musician and is a Senior Lecturer in Audio and Music Technology at the University of the West of England.
Samantha started her career in the airlines working for Britannia Airways before settling down in the UK working for Reed the Recruitment agency. At Reed, Samantha progressed within a recruitment role before transitioning into the Learning and Development team based in the Cotswolds where she delivered a range of sales and management training programmes for both internal staff and external corporate clients.
She then joined the L&D team within Swinton Insurance where she acted as a Trainer for their 4 UK contact centres progressing to becoming Training Team Leader and then finally Design Partner. Samantha was then approached about a role to join Capita Learning Services where she managed a team of trainers across Europe; designing and delivering bespoke learning solutions to both public and private sector clients, mainly responsible for the successful delivery of the Civil Service Government contract for soft skills training as well as Private Sector Organisations with individual bespoke needs.
Finally Samantha then worked with Pareto Law designing and delivering a suite of bespoke training solutions to external clients across the UK and overseas. At one point Samantha led and co-ordinated the simultaneous delivery across 6 countries for one of her clients as part of their upskill programme. Since leaving Pareto Law, Samantha has since been asked back on a consultancy basis to support their largest overseas acquisition to date worth over £4.3m, for which she created and delivered a new training programme whilst simulataneously upskilling their exisiting training team to be able to run the programme moving forwards.
Smanatha now offers bespoke design and delivery of learning interventions and also specialist Consultancy in areas such as Sales Fundamentals, Talent Management, Performance Management, Emotional Intelligence, NLP and Communication skills, and Leadership and Management. Samantha’s skills are backed by academics: CTP (CIPD), TAP, Cert CII and ILM. In addition, Samantha is also a qualified Behavioural Diagnostic Practitioner (MiRo) and teacher with the PGCE/Cert Ed qualification at Distinction level.
Ann is a very experienced and creative freelance trainer who has designed and delivered a wide range of bespoke HR / Leadership / Management training as well as undertaking 1:1 Executive Coaching both in the UK and overseas. Ann has worked in approximately 17 countries with the most recent being in The Falkland Islands in May 2023.
Prior to this Ann worked for RIPA International as a Director of Studies responsible for the HR and Leadership Faculty for over 8 years designing and delivering HR and Leadership training in both the UK and overseas. Ann has also worked in the public sector for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea as a Senior Learning Consultant for over 10 years.
Ann is a qualified and experienced Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Coach – 2006, a Member of the Association of Coaching as well as a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute.
Ann has coached at a range of levels e.g. Ambassador level, Inspector General and Supreme Court Judge level, Head of Departments etc. Ann has extensive experience of coaching in both the public sector as well as the private sector in both the UK and overseas both face to face and virtually.
Ann is able to design and deliver a number of HR / Leadership and management programmes that are tailored to the individual company’s needs.
Ann is an accredited MBTI practioner and has used this tool extensively in Leadership Development programmes over many years. Ann is also skilled in the use of the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. Ann is able to use a range of questionnaires and is trained in 360 feed back. Ann is also a qualified Mediator and has undertaken extensive workplace mediation cases in a number of companies.
