Mandy has a good blend of 25 years’ experience in both hands-on senior management and learning design and delivery; this means that she gets consistently excellent results in Executive Coaching and Leadership and Management Development Programs. She works for large global corporates across most industry sectors, including Cisco Systems, Bayer, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover. Mandy also delivers effective Executive Coaching and Leadership and Management Training for Central Government, including the Cabinet Office, DEFRA, Audit Commission, NHS, TFL, and large public sector organizations, such as Royal Borough Windsor and Maidenhead, Kent County Council, Worcester PCT and Dudley PCT.
Her original background was in education, moving in to academic management, then commercial management; she spent 10 years as the MD of a group of language and business training centres. Mandy is a passionate advocate for developing talents, skills and energy and as a certified coach, she uses the power of these critical thinking tools for catalyzing real change in individuals and organizations.
Mandy challenges assumptions and fixed thinking and is able to quickly and effectively adapt to a wide range of needs and mindsets in order to enable action. She works closely with sponsors to ensure that learning and development is fully embedded and sustained and that the organization's ROI is maximised. Recent evaluation reports over 6 months demonstrated that 83% of participants on programmes rated their training as excellent with the remaining 17% as either very good or good.
Paul has been an executive coach and leadership trainer for nearly 20 years. He has worked across the globe with clients from many business sectors and across the UK with corporate and public sector organizations, such as: A-gas, Experian, EE, Frazer Nash, Surrey County Council, Ealing Borough Council. Paul has extensive management experience as a former director in advertising and marketing agencies. Paul’s experience of working with over 50 clients during that time leaves him well placed to provide support to leaders as they face the challenges of modern organizations.
Paul is a highly confident, self-aware and capable facilitator and Coach. He works in a very lively and engaging fashion bringing a strong commercial focus to his work. She draws on more than 20 years’ business experience in a major financial services organization, having held a variety of roles from operational positions up to the C-suite role of HR Director. Brenda has clear insights in to complex multi-faceted organizations undergoing significant change and the importance of having effective leaders in place to bring their teams through the change process. With her acknowledged expertise in HRM, Brenda can also assist senior executives as they resolve strategic organizational people issues.

Lesley has extensive experience as a Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer and Executive Coach, working with a range of clients in the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Middle East, including Coca-Cola Hellenic, Nationwide Building Society, European Bank of Reconstruction, Thomas Cook Airlines, Oxford University Press and UKAS.
She believes in creating a structured and collaborative consulting environment, taking a practical approach to projects, while incorporating appropriate theories and models in support. Her focus is on embedding learning in the organization to create sustainable growth.
Lesley has the ability to connect with all levels of an organization and a passion for supporting and challenging others to reach their potential and develop organizational performance. Prior to moving into Consultancy Lesley was Head of Learning, Education and Development for Bovis Europe and previously worked for Thomson CSF and Thorn EMI Electronics.

Martyn brings immense creativity to Natural Talent in Bristol and South Wales, as an internationally respected BAFTA and EMMY Award winning Dubbing Mixer.
Martyn has an impressive track record of dubbing high-profile programs and more than 20 years extensive experience of delivering high-quality sound tracks at the BBC. He is an experienced and qualified Teacher, Trainer, Public Speaker, Musician and is a Senior Lecturer in Audio and Music Technology at the University of the West of England.
Emma’s Coaching philosophy is based on empowering individuals and unlocking and unleashing their full potential so that they truly become the best version of themselves. Encouraging authenticity, honesty, integrity and transparency, she helps and guides her clients to significantly improve self-awareness.
As an accredited Coach with a Masters degree in Coaching Psychology, Emma has been working with individuals, leaders and businesses for over 15 years. She adopts a person-centred approach when working with individuals, helping them understand that within them they have an innate resilience and a vast amount of resources for self-understanding. Through powerful Coaching conversations she helps individuals to gain an inner clarity, creating opportunities that give them the freedom to move forward and take action.
Emma has experience of working in the field of Assessment and Development and Executive Coaching for over 15 years both in the UK and in the Middle East. She is a full member of the Association of Coaching, a certified Executive Coach and an accredited Level A and B Occupational Tester, registered to use a range of psychometric tools including Hogan, OPQ, 15. FQ+ and NEO-PI.
Emma specializes in leadership development, advocating that good leadership is not necessarily a one size fits all proposition. She places a strong emphasis on behaviors and approaches that increase employee engagement, leading to an increase in an individual’s motivation, morale and well-being. Emma helps individuals to optimize existing skills and strengths enabling them to achieve the highest levels of development and performance.
Over the past 15 years she has worked with leaders, managers and executives in a variety of multinational organizations including Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, and the Government, both in the UK and the Middle East. Emma also works as an Executive Coach for London Business School working on the Executive MBA and Executive Leadership Programs. In addition to Coaching assignments, she has extensive experience working as an Assessor and Facilitator for Assessment and Development Centers, in which she has implemented and provided feedback on a variety of psychometric tests, ability and simulation exercises, performance assessment methods, 360 Feedback evaluations and learning styles questionnaires.
With over 25 years’ experience in human resources, learning, development and Coaching, Suzanne brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to any development intervention she is involved in. Having held senior roles in large organizations, Suzanne is acutely aware of ensuring that the learning interventions are always designed and developed to meet the client’s identified needs, whilst providing good value for money and delivering effective changes in behavior and leadership skills.
With practical experience in both the hospitality, customer services and telecommunications industries, Suzanne brings a wealth of practical business knowledge and experience which ensures a pragmatic approach. Coupled with a natural Coaching style and business acumen, as well as boundless energy, her training sessions are highly interactive and experiential, ensuring that learning takes place.
The Business Coaching that Suzanne provides is practical and predominantly solution focused. She has worked across a variety of industries including hospitality, engineering, construction, further education, public sector, charities and the financial sector. Suzanne holds a ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, as well as a Business Studies degree and post graduate diplomas in Learning & Development and HR.
